This shall mean the construction linked payment plan whereby the customer has to pay 5% of the Agreement Value at the time of booking. The next 5% of the Agreement Value has to be paid in 21 days from booking. The customer then has to pay 15% of the Agreement Value within 60 days of the booking or on achieving the milestones as per the Agreement for Sale, whichever is later. The balance 75% of Agreement Value is to be paid on application for OC.
