Godrej Woods – Project Overview & Detailed Description
Godrej Woods is a forest-themed premium residential apartment project by Godrej Properties, located off Thanisandra Main Road, Kogilu Village, Yelahanka Hobli, North Bengaluru (Pin 560064). Launched in November 2025, it is currently under construction with possession expected November 2030.

Concept & Design Philosophy
The project is built around a nature-centric, urban forest living concept. Inspired by dense woodland aesthetics, it features curated greenery, shaded forest courts, indigenous plantations, meditation gardens, tree-lined walkways, and natural escape pockets that recreate a serene rainforest-like environment within the gated enclave. The design aims to reduce heat, promote cleaner air, and create a rejuvenating living ambience.

All 10 towers are Vaastu-compliant, with only 4 apartments per floor for superior light, ventilation, and privacy. The architecture employs contemporary glass facades, expansive balconies, and well-ventilated layouts.
